- KeepTeal/deep blue atmosphere — one of Alessandro's best design decisions. The color shift from the warm homepage signals "learning mode."
- KeepHeadline:
The mind doesn't operate in a single mode. — don't change a word
- KeepColor shift from warm homepage — signals a different page intent
-
Change
1. Shorten subtext from 4 sentences to 2:
It moves through distinct states — each shaped by context, biology, and environment. Understanding them changes how you think about cognitive support.
-
Change
2. Reduce waveform visual to ~30% of hero width (currently ~60%) — it's beautiful but decorative and shouldn't dominate
-
Change
3. Move regulatory disclaimer to footnote at bottom of page
-
Remove
4. Flow product carousel from hero — FLOW gets its own section below (Section 3)
-
Change
5. Hero CTA:
How It Works → → ↓ Explore the states (scroll anchor to Section 2). This page's job is to educate — keep visitors here, don't send them away before they've scrolled.
CTA change: The primary CTA should keep visitors on this page, not send them away. Change to ↓ Explore the states (scroll anchor to Section 2). "How It Works →" moves to a secondary link after the Focus Spotlight section.

Media sourcing: REMOVE: Stock reading glasses photo and placeholder cards. The new 5-card layout IS the visual — no photography needed. Source: Alessandro (design). Timeline: Can start immediately.
BIG CHANGE: Replace the tabbed detail interface with a simple 5-card visual overview. These cards should be compact — think horizontal strip or pill-style, NOT full card-grid. The goal is a 2-second scan of the entire system. This is visually distinct from Section 4's interactive vote cards.
- Keep"The Brain Shifts" headline
- KeepFraming copy about states not being traits
-
Change
1. Replace tabbed interface with 5 simple cards in a row. Focus card is visually distinct (solid border, brighter). Others are muted/dimmed.
- Remove2. Tabbed interface entirely
- Remove3. Lorem ipsum text
- Remove4. Both "Nutrient Name" placeholder cards
- Remove5. Stock reading glasses photo
- Remove6. "WHY BIZZ?" label
- Add7. Focus card includes a link to Section 3 below: "Explore Focus ↓"

The Brain Shifts
Focus, calm, mood, wake, and sleep aren't traits.
They're temporary states — shaped by context, biology, and environment.
★
Focus
Available (FLOW)
Directed, sustained attention on a single task.
↓ Explore Focus
◔
Calm
In Development
The downshift from tension without drowsiness.
◕
Sleep
Research
The transition from wakefulness to restorative rest.
◔
Mood
Exploring
Supporting emotional balance — a steadier, more positive baseline.
◔
Wake
Exploring
Clean energy without caffeine — alert and ready, no jitters, no crash.
Design note: The Focus card should feel "live" — brighter background, solid teal border, full opacity. All other cards are muted at ~65% opacity to show they're future states. This communicates the roadmap without showing products that don't exist yet.
Addressing repetition (re: Alessandro's feedback): Sections 2 and 4 serve different cognitive purposes. Section 2 = INFORMATION (overview of the brain states system — scannable in 2 seconds). Section 4 = INTERACTION (vote for which state to build next — active engagement). To ensure they don't feel like the same component: Section 2 cards should be compact and horizontal (strip/pill layout), while Section 4 cards are larger and atmospheric (forest background, vote buttons, interactive). Different visual language = different perceived purpose.

This section absorbs the best content from the deferred Focus Template page. Two columns: education on the left (~55%), product bridge on the right (~45%).

Education
⊙ FOCUS
The mental state that allows attention to be directed and sustained. It narrows awareness rather than increasing effort.
What Disrupts Focus
- Frequent task switching
- Interruptions and noise
- Sustained stress or pressure
- Sleep debt and mental fatigue
Trying to force focus under these conditions often makes it worse.
What Supports Focus
- Clear task boundaries
- Manageable cognitive load
- Predictable environments
- Sufficient rest and recovery
Product Bridge
FLOW Product Image

How It Works →
Media sourcing: Right column needs a real FLOW product photo (P1: Hero Product, 45° variant). Interim: KJ's iPhone product photo. Source: Agency. Timeline: Real photo by May 2.
Design note: The left column (education) should feel neutral and informational — light teal/blue tones. The right column (product) should feel warmer — sandy/cream tones. The visual split reinforces: "We educate first, sell second." The product bridge feels earned, not intrusive.

How It Works →
BIG CHANGE: Transform from passive "What's Coming" pipeline into an interactive VOTE. Visitors choose which brain state matters most to them. This eliminates the repetition concern entirely — Section 2 is information (the system), Section 4 is interaction (your vote). Completely different cognitive mode.
- KeepForest/sunlight background — beautiful, atmospheric
-
Change
1. Headline changes from "The states we're building toward" to
Which state do you need most? — shifts from passive announcement to active engagement
-
Change
2. Show 4 vote cards (Focus excluded — already covered in Section 3): Calm, Sleep, Mood, Wake. Each card is larger and more atmospheric than Section 2's compact overview cards.
-
Change
3. Each card gets a
Vote → or This one → button. Clicking opens a minimal modal/inline expansion: email field + "We'll let you know when [State] is ready."
-

4. Below cards:
Your interest helps us decide what to build next. — frames email capture as participation in the roadmap, not marketing list signup

Follow the Journey →
No spam. No hype. Just progress.
Design note: The forest/sunlight background from the current design should remain — it's the most atmospheric visual on the page. Vote cards should be visually larger and more immersive than Section 2's compact overview strip. On click, each card expands inline or opens a minimal modal with an email field and: "We'll let you know when [State] is ready." This feeds Klaviyo segments tagged by state (e.g., vote_calm, vote_sleep), giving us demand validation data for which state to build next.
Why this solves the repetition issue: Section 2 is information (scan the system in 2 seconds). Section 4 is interaction (vote for what matters to you). Different headline, different visual treatment, different cognitive mode. No one confuses a vote/poll with an info overview.
